1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between joya vip ("we", "us", "the platform") and any individual ("you", "the player", "the user") who accesses or uses any part of the joya vip website, mobile interface, game library, or related services. 2. Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

2.4 Account Security

3. Age Restriction

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method is unavailable, in which case our payments team will contact you to arrange an alternative. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

5. Bonus Terms

joya vip offers a range of promotional bonuses including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for joya vip's welcome bonus of 100% match up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳500 and must be made within 7 days of account registration. The bonus is credited to your account automatically following deposit confirmation.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.4 Bonus Abuse

This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed.

6. User Obligations

As a registered player on joya vip, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable terms and policies. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or support interactions
• Attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt joya vip's technical infrastructure, game servers, or payment systems
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in place of genuine manual play
• Engage in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated cheating with other players

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the appropriate authorities. joya vip reserves the right to investigate any account for suspected policy violations and to withhold withdrawal processing during such investigations.

7. Account Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your joya vip account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a closure request, we will process the closure within 2 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided no active bonus wagering conditions remain in place. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited at the time of voluntary account closure.

7.2 Closure by joya vip

joya vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable policy
• Provision of false identity or payment information
• Confirmed underage gambling
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity
• Money laundering, structuring, or other financial crimes
• Use of automated tools or exploits to gain unfair advantage
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder
• Regulatory, legal, or operational necessity

Where an account is closed by joya vip due to player fault (e.g., fraud, cheating, Terms violation), any balance held may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by joya vip for operational reasons unrelated to player fault, any genuine balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to stop gambling for a defined or indefinite period may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion can be activated by contacting our support team directly. 8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the joya vip platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
